Rental Forms
Online rentals
Park pavilions, athletic fields and tennis courts can be rented online by visiting our online registration site. First, log in or create an online account. Then follow the instructions on the page to view availability and reserve your date. A staff member will follow up with you to confirm the booking. Please note that pavilions require at least seven days advance notice and fields/tennis courts can only be rented for dates in the next 3-14 days.

Forms to download and bring to the MAC
MAC rooms must be rented in person at least 14 days in advance. Please download the forms below and bring them to the MAC to complete your rental or fill out a copy at the front desk. Pavilion, field and tennis court forms are also available here if you wish to rent in person instead of online.
