Harold M. Bell Park is located within the Mill Valley subdivision off SH 360 and Lone Star Road. The 11-acre park includes a large playground, benches and covered picnic areas and a wooded walking trail. It was dedicated to the city in Fall 2019 and was named for Harold Bell, a longtime community leader who served as the president of Mansfield Park Facilities Development Corporation for more than 15 years.
