Committee meetings on hold due to COVID-19 shutdowns. Staff finalizes draft and prepares for public input

August-October 2020

Draft presented for public feedback. Adjustments made as needed before final draft can be presented for approval by Planning & Zoning Commission, Mansfield Park Facilities Development Corporation and City Council.

  • August 24-Sept. 10: Draft Survey Open
  • August 27: Public Open House from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Parks Admin, 1164 Matlock Road
  • September 2: Online Town Hall Meeting at 7 p.m. on Facebook
  • September 14-October 5: Staff & Advisory committee prepare final plan based on all stakeholder feedback
  • October 2020: Final review with boards and commissions for plan adoption

Implementation

Once the final plan is approved, projects will be assigned to the MPFDC ten year strategic business plan to prepare for funding and operations. Project priority order and timelines will be determined based on feedback and budget.
