Building Safety

The Building Safety Department is committed, through a cooperative effort with our residents, to providing outstanding service by ensuring commercial buildings and residential homes constructed, altered, or maintained in Mansfield meet the recognized standard for overall quality of life and building safety.

The Avolve Online Application and ProjectDox Electronic Plan Review Systems implemented in January 2020 allow us to process your applications for building permits and conduct the required plan reviews electronically. All applications, plans, and payments associated with permits and registrations will be processed via our online systems.

This online electronic process will also expedite the processing of applications by lessening the exchange of paper documents and digitizing means of payment.

Please feel free to contact us at 817-276-4220 or email us with any questions.
