Athletic Field Use Allocation

The Parks and Recreation Department considers all requests for use and allocation of city owned and maintained athletic fields through a formal process to ensure fairness between organizations. To request use of Mansfield athletic fields for your organization, please complete the Athletic Field Use and Allocation Application below. This process applies only to associations and organizations offering league play; to reserve a single field for a one-time practice or private event, visit our Park and Pavilion Rental Page.

Applications shall be submitted by June 1st for the Spring Season and January 1st for the Fall Season.  Field allocation decisions will be made by September 1st for the Spring Season and April 1st for the Fall Season.
