Starting a New Service Online

Starting a New Service in Person
New residents or businesses seeking to start new water service may also do so in the Utility Billing Department, located at:

Fees & Documentation Needed
Fees for new water service are as follows:
- Business Accounts - $100 per meter
- Residential Accounts - $60
- Residential and Additional Irrigation Meter - $110
You will need to provide a copy of your driver’s license at the time of application. If you are leasing the property, you will also need to provide a copy of your lease agreement in order to start services.

Making the Connection
In order for service to be connected or reconnected, someone must be at the residence during a time span specified at time payment of deposit is made or past due bill is made. This individual must have access to the inside of the structure.
Times for Service Connect or Reconnect
- Morning schedule: 10 a.m. to noon
- Afternoon schedule: 3 to 5 p.m.
Should no one be at the structure at the specified time for service to be connected, there will be an additional $15 charge added the first bill, and for each subsequent trip until service is connected.
The meter will be monitored, and no more than 40 gallons of water will be allowed to pass through the meter before a technician will shut off service.
