Water Reinstatement Procedures for Termination of Water Service Due to Non-Payment

Any resident whose water service is terminated as a result of non-payment will be required to be at the residence at the time of Water Service Reinstatement.

Business Hours

Business hours for Reconnection of Water Service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

After Hours

Any resident paying a bill at the office between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. will have their water reconnected between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. As stated previously, someone who has access to inside of residence must be there in order for service to be reconnected.

After hours for Reconnection of Water Service:

  • 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Missed Reconnections

An additional fee will be charged for each trip made to residence until reconnection is completed.
