Water & Environmental Public Education

Water and Environmental classes are offered to teach residents about the importance of conserving and protecting water, our most precious resource. All classes and workshops are free to Mansfield residents and are held at the Chris W. Burkett Service Center.

We offer a variety of online, on-demand Texas SmartScape classes, and will begin to offer some in-person events in 2022. There are a variety of ways to learn about water conservation and how to take care of the environment:

  • Public and private school classes
  • Scout leaders
  • Any others interested in learning more about conservation and protection of our water
