Consent Agenda includes:
- Second reading of an ordinance amending code of ordinances in regards to peddlers and solicitors.
- Second reading of an ordinance approving a request to abandon certain utility and drainage easements in the M3Ranch addition.
- Resolution approving termination of an economic development agreement with RMA Holdings.
- Resolution approving termination of a tax abatement agreement with RMA Holdings.
- Resolution awarding $176,000 contract for construction of a westbound left turn lane and driveway improvements on West Broad Street to GRod Construction.
- Resolution awarding contract to the lowest and best bids to supply granular activated carbon filter media for the Bud Ervin Water Treatment Plant.

- Public hearing and resolution approving the fiscal year 20/21 services and assessment plan for the South Pointe Public Improvement District (PID).
- Public hearing and consideration of a request for a specific use permit for crematorium located at 1556 Heritage Parkway, Mansfield Funeral Home & Cremations.
- Public hearing and second reading of an ordinance approving a zoning change of SF-1/5/12 single-family residential to PD Planned Development for single-family residential and accessory dwelling at 106 S. 2nd Ave.
- Public hearing and second reading of an ordinance approving a zoning change of SF-1/5/12 single-family residential to PD Planned Development for multi-family residential uses at 505 W. Kimbell St.
- Public hearing and second reading of an ordinance amending the zoning ordinance in regards to body art and piercing studio use.
- Public hearing and second reading on an ordinance amending sections of the zoning ordinance in regards to requirements for applications for concept plans, planned developments, specific use permits and industrial use permits.
Under New Business, the Council will consider:
- First reading of an ordinance amending Title XV of the Mansfield Code of Ordinances to provide regulations for vacant buildings and properties.
- First reading of an ordinance amending Title VII of the Mansfield Code of Ordinances to provide regulations for historic downtown no parking zones.
