The regular City Council meeting Monday, Dec. 14, will begin at 5 p.m. followed by an executive session then an action agenda. There will also be a 7 p.m. public meeting. Due to the Christmas holidays, the City Council holds two meetings on the second Monday of December thereby complying with the City Charter amendment requiring two meetings each month. The meeting will be streamed to the City website and can be viewed on MCTV-Charter Spectrum Channel 190.

- Resolution authorizing funding for design services by Freese and Nichols Inc. for water line route study from North Main Street to Broad Street in an amount not to exceed $86,306 (Utility Bond Fund).
