Work Session
- City Council discussed upcoming timelines and capital projects for a summer 2021 debt issuance as well as a possible future bond election in May of 2022. Staff then gave a status update on the FY 2022 budget preparation as the initial budget requests have been made. preliminary tax roll estimates received.

- City Council recognized the spring class for Mansfield’s inaugural internship program.

Consent Agenda
- Council approved a resolution for a development agreement between Mansfield Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and TMI Real Estate Ventures, LLC.
- Council approved a resolution for a development agreement between MEDC and American Carton Company, Inc.
- Council approved a resolution authorizing publication of notice of intention to issues certificates of obligation, preparation of a preliminary official statement, and a notice of sale.
- Council approved a construction contract to XIT Paving and Construction, Inc. to rebuild Concord Drive in an amount not to exceed $370,000. (Street Bond Fund).
- Council approved an inter-local agreement between the City of Mansfield and the City of Burleson for jail services.
- Council approved the April 26, 2021, regular City Council meeting minutes.
- Council approved the April 29, 2021, joint City Council and Mansfield Independent School District Board meeting minutes.
Old Business
- City Council considered and approved a specific use permit for multi-family on approximately 12.869 acres located at the southeast corner of Regency Parkway and Nahvi Road.

- Public Hearing and First Reading of an ordinance approving an amendment to Section 155.099(B)(b) of the Code of Ordinances, "Zoning" related to the setback for a swimming pool at the rear property line.

- Council approved a resolution to canvas the returns for the General Election held May 1, 2021 for Council Member Places 3, 4, and 5.
- Council approved funding for the burial of overhead electric utilities.
