Mansfield City Council members take Oath of Office

Larry Broseh, Todd Tonore, and Brent Newsom raise their right hand as they take the oath of office

The Mansfield City Council welcomed back three members after the May 2023 election.

City Council members Larry Broseh, Brent Newsom, and Todd Tonore took the Oath of Office before the May 22 City Council meeting, following wins in the May election.

Councilman Broseh returned to Place 7 after running unopposed. He has served on the City Council since 1999. This latest return marks his sixth consecutive term. This term will end on May 2026

Councilman Tonore was re-elected to Place 6. He first joined the City Council in November 2020. The City Council elected to have Tonore continue his role as Mayor Pro Tem. This term expires in May 2026.

Councilman Brent Newsom returns to City Council after winning the election to finish the vacated term on Place 3. Newsom served on the City Council from November 2011 to January 2021. Because this was a vacated seat, Place 3 is up for re-election in May 2024.
