Consent Agenda

  • Authorized amended ordinance of the City of Mansfield, Texas, Granting the Authority to the City Manager to Enter Into and Sign Certain Contracts behalf of the City and to sign certain documents; to authorize the City Manager to make certain budget transfers; to authorize the City Manager to administratively handle matters; to set forth the delegation of administrative authority to the City Manager; providing for publication; providing a savings clause 

  • Authorized a development agreement with M3 Ranch Development, Inc. for dedication of park land in M3 Ranch phase 2

  • Did not authorize Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s application to change rates within the City 

  • Authorized amending the procedural rules of Council by which the City Council of Mansfield conducts its meetings; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; and declared an effective date

  • Authorized funding in an amount not to exceed $1,670,630.00 and approval of contracts, including design services with Freese and Nichols, Inc and survey services with Brittain and Crawford, LLC to prepare North Street roadway and bridge improvements for public bidding and construction (Street Bond Fund)

  • Authorized funding in an amount not to exceed $573,587.50 and approval of contracts, including design services with Freese & Nichols, to prepare Lone Star 360 - Britton Road sewer for bidding and construction (Utility Fund, TIRZ #4) 

  • Authorized funding in an amount not to exceed $1,126,881.35 and approval of contracts, including design services with Dunaway Associates and surveying services with Brittain & Crawford, to Prepare Lone Star 360 - public infrastructure for public bidding and construction (Street Bond Fund, Utility Fund, TIRZ #4)

  • Authorized awarding a contract to Christmas by Zenith for a lighting and décor proposal 3-Year lease and purchase contract in an amount not to exceed $160,021.61 per year

  • Authorized an interlocal agreement with Mansfield Independent School District to provide standby emergency medical services; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute any documents necessary to implement this resolution; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; and declaring an effective date

  • Approved a professional services agreement between the City of Mansfield and Martinez Architects, LP, for architectural and design services in an amount not to exceed $622,500.00; expressing the intent to finance expenditures to be incurred for architectural and design services with Martinez Architects, LP, for fire station 1

Public Hearing

  • Authorized an amendment to chapter 155 of the Mansfield Code of Ordinances to add a new definition for consumer electronics, radio, and television repair and to amend the permitted use table in subsection 155.054(B) to permit consumer electronics, radio, and television repair uses in the C-2, C-3, I-1, I-2, and PD Districts

  • Authorized an amendment of chapter 155 of the Mansfield Code of Ordinances to amend the provisions of section 155.092(L)(2) related to aesthetics and passive space in MF-1, MF-2, OP, C-1, C-2, C-3, I-1, I-2, FR, SE and PD Districts
