Is there a fee?

The fees for the most commonly requested records are as follows:

Paper (8.5x11) - 10 cents per page
Audio CD - $1
Video DVD (non-body worn footage) - $3
Video DVD (body-worn footage) - $10 per DVD with $1 for each full minute of video footage

1. How long until I receive my records?: Requests for records are processed in the order received. It can take up to 10 business days to receive a response to a request for records.

2. Is there a fee?

The fees for the most commonly requested records are as follows:

3. How will I receive my information?: How you receive your records depends on the information being requested. All records can be picked up in person from the City Secretary’s Office or mailed upon request (postage fees are the responsibility of the requestor). Certain records may be emailed but not all of them. The City will not email Police Records to a requestor.

4. Who is my Council Member?: Council Members are elected at large, which means they represent the whole City of Mansfield, not just one particular area.

5. When and where are City Council meetings held?: The City Council meets the second and fourth Monday of each month. Meetings are held at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 1200 East Broad Street. The Regular Business Session begins at 7 p.m.

6. How can I obtain the City Council meeting agenda and meeting minutes?: You may call the City Secretary's Office at 817-276-4203. For immediate access, all agendas and minutes are available online.

7. Are the City Council meetings televised?: Yes, they are televised live on Channel 190 through Charter Communications and on Channel 99 on AT&T U-Verse. You can also watch the City Council meetings live on the internet.

8. How do I communicate with the Council if I'm hearing impaired or physically challenged?: City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Parking spaces for disabled citizens are available. Requests for sign interpreter services must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting. To make arrangements, call 817-473-0211 or (TDD) 800-735-2989.

9. How do I find an adopted Ordinance or Resolution?: Contact the City Secretary's Office at 817-276-4203. You can also search the City Charter and Code of Ordinances.
