About the Park

An oasis of natural beauty in the heart of the city, Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park is the crown jewel of Mansfield’s parks and recreation system with over 80 acres of woods, open fields, natural ponds and granite trails. Open daily for exploring; educational programs offered throughout the year. Come explore & see the beauty for yourself!

March through October

5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

November through February

5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Oliver Nature Park does not offer an Pavilions or private spaces for rental. For more information contact Mansfield Activities Center at 817-728-3680. If you have an urgent maintenance need, please contact Parks On Call at 682-478-8495 to have service crews paged to your location.
