I understand my proposed plat will be placed on the Planning and Zoning Commission's agenda for consideration ONLY after my application is deemed complete by Staff.

PLEASE NOTE: This plat may be subject to the requirements of the Natural Resource Management Ordinance regarding the need for a tree survey prior to approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. In addition, if the property is residentially zoned or proposed for residential use, the Parkland Dedication Ordinance may apply regarding the need for parkland dedication and/or “fees in lieu of” parkland dedication.

A PDF of the Drainage Analysis to support the drainage improvements proposed in the construction documents

A PDF of the Tree Survey as required by Landscape Administrator
A PDF of the landscape and hardscape plans for a residential subdivision as required. These may be submitted under the same cover as the subdivision construction plans
Payments may be made with a credit card by phone or send a check by mail, Fedex or UPS. Payments must be received before an application will be reviewed by the City. There is a 3% service charge for credit card payments. Please call 817-276-4229 to make a credit card payment.
