a $250 non-refundable filing fee for any Board of Adjustment request. If applying for a variance, the following grounds
for appeal are not considered hardships which can be relieved through variance appeal: self-created hardships, personal
hardships or financial hardships. If the applicant is not the property owner, the Property Owner Representation Form on
the back of this page must be completed.
