    Please submit a letter and site plan or other graphics explaining your request to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. There is a $250 non-refundable filing fee for any Board of Adjustment request. If applying for a variance, the following grounds for appeal are not considered hardships which can be relieved through variance appeal: self-created hardships, personal hardships or financial hardships. If the applicant is not the property owner, the Property Owner Representation Form on the back of this page must be completed. The undersigned hereby certifies that the information provided above is true and correct. All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this appeal will be complied with, whether specified herein or not. The scheduling of this appeal before the Zoning Board of Adjustment for consideration does not presume approval of the above named appeal.
