Composting at home can reduce waste sent to the landfill, and create soil amendments for a healthy landscape. Compost piles can be made in a variety of ways and maintained for different purposes. In this class you will learn about the benefits of composting, designing a pile, container options, effective methods to yield high-quality compost, and how and when to use it. The class will be one hour long and taught by a Tarrant County Master Gardener. Mansfield residents: after completing the class, pick up a free bag of goodies to help start your compost pile, while supplies last!

Children 3-6 years old, both English and Spanish speakers with a caregiver can enjoy 30 minutes of books, songs, finger-plays and rhymes in both English and Spanish. This story time fosters emergent literacy, reinforces group listening skills and allows children to become familiar with a second language.

Enjoy crafts and activities featuring your favorite Korean Pop (K-pop) bands. Registration is required.

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt you didn't know where to start? Well look no further, we have an all-levels yoga class just for you! We will learn first how to breathe and then we will develop strength and flexibility by moving through gentle poses. This class will focus on alignment, balance, and mindfulness. No prior yoga experience is needed. Program is FREE but registration is required.
