    What does it mean to eat sustainably? During this course you will learn which foods can improve your health, debunk common food myths, and learn how food choices can affect your health. You will also put together your own indoor garden while learning the benefits of sustainability and its impact on the environment. This program will also feature two different recipes and samples will be offered. Registration is required.
