    Environmental Collection Center (ECC)

    The Environmental Collection Center (ECC) is the City's permanent drop-off facility for unwanted household hazardous materials (anything with a warning label), electronics and recyclables. This facility is operated by the City's Environmental Services Department, and is open the second Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., and the Thursday and Friday before the second Saturday, from 3 - 7 p.m.

  3. VR for Beginners (13+)

    Drop in for VR experiences in gaming, global exploration, artistic creation, and more! Walk-ins and reservations available. Younger family members can watch, but participants must be 13 years of age or older to use the virtual reality headsets according to the manufacturer. The use of VR headsets are not recommended for those with pre-existing medical conditions such as seizures or medical devices.     Join us for a free 5k walk/fun run at Katherine Rose Memorial Park to start your new year on the right foot! Winter Walk is free but does require preregistration for all participants. The first 100 walkers in attendance will earn a free winter scarf and everyone crossing the finish line can enjoy hot cocoa by the fire!
