Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off

The Environmental Collection Center (ECC) is the City's permanent drop-off facility for unwanted household hazardous materials (anything with a warning label), electronics and recyclables. This facility is operated by the City's Environmental Services Department, and is open the second Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., and the Thursday and Friday before the second Saturday, from 3 - 7 p.m.

As The Page Turns Book Club (18+)

This book club meets monthly at 10:30am to discuss a variety of fiction to non-fiction genres. Program is FREE and no registration is required.

Story Time for Tots (18mo-3Y)

Toddlers 18 months to 3 years old with a caregiver can enjoy 30 minutes of books, songs, finger-plays, and rhymes introducing toddlers and parents to developmentally appropriate literature and related activities. This introduces group listening skills and provides interaction with others. Come enjoy 30 minutes of books, songs, finger-plays, and rhymes during Story Time! Program is free and no registration is required.

Kayaking 101 (7Y+)

Take a break from the hiking trails & get on the water! Explore our local lakes with dual-seated kayaks. Enjoy a scenic paddle looking for wildlife & plants with a naturalist. Instruction given on safety, proper techniques & an eco-friendly approach to paddle sports.

Hike with a Naturalist - Plant ID Hike (All Ages)

Learn all about our local plants. This class will include a hike to provide practical knowledge about the local flora, including which plants are safe and poisonous. It is a great opportunity to become more comfortable with the plants found in the area. Guests will make a plant press with non-native flowers to take home and add too.

Kids Zone After Dark (6-12Y)

Parents, enjoy a night out on a date or catching up with friends! Drop your kids off at the MAC where we'll have a movie, food, open gym, crafts, concessions, and more! A meal is included.
