The Finance Department is committed to providing excellent customer service to the citizens of Mansfield, the City Council, the City Manager, and to our internal customers, the employees of the City of Mansfield.

The Finance Department of the City of Mansfield is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, operating and capital budgeting, revenue management, cash and investment management, expenditure management, asset management, and debt management functions.
