YOGA IN THE LIBRARY

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt you didn't know where to start? Well look no further we have an All-Levels Yoga class just for you! We will learn first how to breathe and then we will develop strength and flexibility by moving through gentle poses. This class will focus on alignment, balance, and mindfulness. No prior yoga experience is needed. No registration is required. Please make sure to bring your own yoga mats.​
