Water that is cloudy is often the result of air in the water. To verify the cloudy water is caused by air, fill a clear glass with water from your faucet. Watch the glass closely. If the glass gets clear from the bottom to the top after a few minutes then there is air in the water. While the quality of the water is not affected by the presence of air, it could be indicative of a problem in the distribution system.
If you are unable to pay online, water bill payments may be taken into the Utility Billing Department at City Hall during regular business hours. After hours, payments may be made to the drop box located in the parking lot on the west side of the building.
TXU owns, operates, and maintains all streetlights within the city right-of-way, but requests for repairs and for consideration for installation of new streetlights can be made to the City at 817-276-4243.
