Inmate Account

Federal Inmates are the only incarcerated individuals authorized to have an inmate account.  You can deposit money into a Federal Inmate’s Account two separate ways.

For Inmate's Commissary Items

Go to jailfunds.com to deposit money into an inmate's account for them to be able to purchase Commissary items.

There will be instructions to guide you through the process of adding Commissary funds to an inmate's account.  The second option is to utilize the Kiosk machine located in the lobby area of the Mansfield Law Enforcement Center.  The Kiosk accepts both cash and credit cards for the convenience of the public. All transactions will not be deposited into the Federal Inmate’s Account until the next regular business day.  This excludes Holidays and Weekends.

For Inmate's Phone Account

Go to ncic.com to setup a prepaid phone account for an inmate.

There will be instructions to guide you through the process of setting up a prepaid phone account.  The second option is to utilize the Kiosk machine located in the lobby area of the Mansfield Law Enforcement Center.  The Kiosk accepts both cash and credit cards for the convenience of the public.  All transactions will not be deposited into the Federal Inmate’s Account until the next regular business day.  This excludes Holidays and Weekends.
