Planning and Zoning

The Department of Planning administers land use and subdivision regulations designed to encourage the development of safe, accessible, and attractive properties and the enhancement of property values in Mansfield. The department also provides technical assistance on zoning and development matters that go before the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.


The Mansfield City Council will conduct public hearings on 02/25/19 and 03/25/19 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 1200 E Broad St., Mansfield, TX 76063, where all interested persons will have the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Mansfield, TX of land being described as follows:

 Approx. 25.02 acres in Johnson Co., TX and being a tract of land situated in the M.D. Dickey Survey, Abstract No. 195, Johnson Co., TX, generally located on the east side of Lillian Rd. approximately 1500 feet south of W. Broad St.
