Sign in to the website and click on "Payment History." From there you can see all the transactions that have taken place.

When you pay your utility bill online the system immediately updates your utility account. It may take a few days to appear on your bank, checking or credit card account.

The minimum amount you can pay is $10 dollars.

You can pay your water bill online or by other payment methods.

If you are unable to pay online, water bill payments may be taken into the Utility Billing Department at City Hall during regular business hours. After hours, payments may be made to the drop box located to the right of the main entrance to City Hall.

Yes.  You can make a payment before 8 a.m. which will stop your disconnect and any payments made after 8 a.m., please call customer service at 817-276-4213.
