City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Parking spaces for disabled citizens are available. Requests for sign interpreter services must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting. To make arrangements, call (817) 473-0211 or (TDD) 1-800-RELAY TX, 1-800-735-2989.

Applications are accepted in person, via mail or fax for positions that are currently open, but be sure to indicate the position for which you are applying. Our fax number is 817-473-7487.

Mansfield Fire Rescue processes requests for reports through the City Secretary’s Office located at 1200 E. Broad St. Requests for reports must be made in writing and are accepted for processing 72 hours after the incident. You may email your request to [email protected].

When appearing on a citation, a defendant will be asked to enter his or her plea to the charges alleged. There are three different answers: 1) guilty; 2) not guilty; or 3) nolo contendere or no contest. The plea entered is very important and should be considered carefully due to the consequences of each.

You may request a police officer to respond to your location by calling (817) 473-0211 for non-emergency calls or 911 for emergency calls. Unfortunately the Mansfield Police Department does not send officers outside the City of Mansfield without meeting special criteria and authorization from the Patrol Supervisor.
