Utility Bill Payment Methods
Pay Electronically On The City Web Site:
Pay electronically by credit card, debit card or e-check. Customers who choose this method will need their Utility account number and PIN number. These numbers are on your water bill. These types of payments will reflect on the account immediately once the transaction is completed.
This method can also be utilized for payment of deposits and confidentiality fee after the account is set up by the Utility Billing Personnel.
Pay By Phone: 877-768-8270
Payments using credit cards, debit cards, and eChecks are accepted by telephone by calling 877-768-8270. Customers who choose this method will need their Utility account number and PIN number. These numbers are on your water bill. These types of payments are realtime and update the account once the transaction is complete.
Pay Electronically Through A Bill Payment Service:
Payments can also be made through your bill payment service such as your online bill pay through your banking center.
This method of payment is reflected on your water account the day after payment is transmitted to the City's Banking Center.
Account number must be included on all payments.
Pay In Person:
You can make a payment in person for your water bill at the Utility Billing department inside City Hall located at 1200 E. Broad St.
Pay By Mail:
Water bill payments can be mailed to the Utility Billing Department at 1200 E. Broad St. Mansfield, TX 76063
Pay By Bank Draft Plan:
For your convenience the City of Mansfield offers a Bank Draft Plan in which your water bill will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account.
Simply log in using your account and pin number and set up your account for Bank Draft.
Pay By Credit Card Draft:
For your convenience the City of Mansfield offers a Credit Card Draft Plan in which your water bill will automatically be charged to the credit card you have on file.
Simply log in using your account and pin number and set up your account for Credit Card Draft.
In the case of a late payment, there will be a $10 or 10% charge (whichever is higher) added to your account on the 21st day after the billing date. Service will be subject to termination if not paid within 30 days of billing.
