Water Reinstatement Procedures for Termination of Water Service Due to Non-Payment
Any resident whose water service is terminated as a result of non-payment will be required to be at the residence at the time of Water Service Reinstatement.
Business Hours for Reconnection of Water Service is M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. To request water service reinstatement call 817-276-4213.

Any resident paying a bill at the office between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. will have their water reconnected between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. As stated above, someone who has access to inside of residence must be there in order for service to be reconnected.
After Hours for Reconnection of Water Service:
- 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
An additional fee will be charged for each trip made to residence until reconnection is completed.
