Water Reinstatement Procedures for Termination of Water Service Due to Non-Payment

Any resident whose water service is terminated as a result of non-payment will be required to be at the residence at the time of Water Service Reinstatement.

Business Hours for Reconnection of Water Service: 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Any resident paying a bill at the office between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. will have their water reconnected between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. As stated above, someone who has access to inside of residence must be there in order for service to be reconnected.

After Hours for Reconnection of Water Service:
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

As stated above, someone who has access to inside of residence must be there in order for service to be reconnected.

An additional fee will be charged for each trip made to residence until reconnection is completed.
